When do I need to contact claims services and when do I need to contact the emergency center?

Emergency: In case of emergency, you need to contact our emergency center. They are available 24/7 with experts standing by to help you in your current situation.

Non-emergency: If you have questions or want to file a claim, you can contact our claims service for businesses at all bank days between 8:30 and 16:00.

How do I file a claim?

You can file your claim here. Keep in mind to safe all receipts, medical journals and other documentation that are important to the case. You can also attach the documents in the claims filing.

What do I need to do if I still need treatment after returning to my country of residence?

The travel insurance offers no coverage for treatment in the country of residence. The insurance only covers while one is abroad on a business trip.
