Graduated from CBS in 2018
Hijra started as a Student Data Analyst in May 2017, and after graduation she got a fulltime permanent job as an Analyst working with Web data, tracking, analysis, A/B tests, developing of reports to stakeholders, and much more. In other words, she creates new possibilities for our customers.
To be a part of a Nordic Company
My way to the job market was through If. I started here as a student, wrote my thesis in connection to If’s business, and had the opportunity to become a part of If as a fulltime data analyst right after my graduation. It is an absolute pleasure to be a part of an agile team, that always strive to develop new solutions in collaboration with our Nordic colleagues in Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

With my skills comes a responsibility
Because of my analytical skills and personality, I have the responsibility for the tracking and data coming from our online services on our Danish web shop. I’m the responsible for analyzing the customer data.
I make it possible to improve our costumer’s experience, and therefor I also contribute to our purpose: We give people confidence today to shape their tomorrow.
My advice to you.
Find a job where they need your skills and care about you as a person. When looking for a job, what really mattered to me, was the possibility to develop both my professional and personal skills.
